I like pairing my written words to photographs that I’m making. I think this blog will take form as it’s being created, I don't want to label it other than a platform for me to think out loud with the work I create, or my view on the creative world I see.
I've been thinking about the difference between what we use and the results we get. As creatives we see things differently. We all have an eye for the subject we see and want to share our view of the story being told. The tool we use to show that passion is just a tool. I love to geek out with new tech, I just got a new 85mm 1.8 and love it. However, I feel I’m seeing more posts, blogs, and images of the toys more than the work being created by them. It doesn't matter what was used as long as your passion can been seen, or felt with the work created.

Well said. No matter what tools or medium are used to create art - it is the beauty of the final piece that inspires us. Each piece will be weighed and measured through the eyes of the beholder and just as we are all uniquely & individually created, so is our art!
